Book one of our Service Design consultants to visit your organisation & review your existing services. This requires between half a day to 5 days or more depending on the levels of activities in your organisation. On completion of this exercise a report is produced to outline strengths, weaknesses & recommendations on the way forward.

 

  • Service Design Introductory Presentation

Take advantage of our 2 hour introductory workshop to create an appreciation and importance of Service Design in your organisation. All workshops take place onsite at your organisation premises and we recommend that up to 3 sessions per day are arranged to ensure all your personnel are exposed to Service Design way of thinking.  If you are serious about Service Design then this presentation is the quickest way to unify the Service Design thinking in your organisation.

 

  • Service Design Workshop

This one day workshop is the natural progression following the Introductory Presentation. The workshop drills into the practical details of Service Design and prepares your personnel to commence introducing improvements to your products & services. All delegates receive a Certificate in Service Design & a special Certificate is awarded to the sponsoring organisation to recognise their Commitment to Service Design Excellence.

 

  • Service Design Consultancy

Take advantage of our many years of experience in Service Design to Fast Track improvements to your Service Design improvements in your organisation. The Consultancy Service is a natural followup having taken advantage of the Introductory Presentation and/or Service Design Workshop and is tailored to your specific needs including cultural specifics.
